Cummins QSX15 Diesel Engine
The QSX15 is Cummins' flagship 15-liter industrial power platform, featuring an inline six-cylinder, four-stroke, water-cooled, turbocharged, and intercooled design. Rated power ranges from 400 to 675 hp (298–503 kW), with a maximum torque of 2779 N·m.

XPI Ultra-High Pressure Common Rail Fuel System: Maintains extremely high injection pressure across the entire engine speed range, supporting multiple injections for more complete combustion, faster response, and lower fuel consumption.
VGT Variable Geometry Turbocharging: Electronic actuators enable stepless adjustment, precise boost on demand, and a single turbocharger achieves the responsiveness of a dual-turbocharger, providing ample low-end torque.
Fully Integrated Electronic Control: A single ECM electronic control module manages the intake, fuel, emissions, and after-treatment systems, achieving peak performance and near-zero emissions.
Advanced Aftertreatment System: The Tier 4 Final version features a cooled EGR + Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) + Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR), achieving a particulate filtration efficiency exceeding 90% and a DPF active regeneration time of less than 1%.
Rugged and Durable, Adaptable to Extreme Conditions
A forged steel crankshaft and high-strength cast iron cylinder block, combined with a modular design, ensure continuous and stable operation in high-temperature, high-dust, and high-load environments. The DC air filtration system is 35% smaller than traditional radial systems, offering higher filtration efficiency and further extending maintenance intervals.
